The food was tremendous. I ordered the MIA burger and my wife ordered the Seafood paella. Absolutely delicious. Our server, Kaltrina, was great. Very attentive but not “in your face”. She makes everyone in the table included in the convo. She definitely earned a good tip. And the cooks here has to get be getting PAID because they cooked tonight. Restaurant very clean. Atmosphere was great, music wasn’t blasting. We could easily have a convo without having to shout. And lastly, THE MARGARITAS! One word. TREMENDOUS! This place was amazing. Definitely making a comeback to this place for my wife and I.

They did such a great job remodeling this establishment (think it used to be a church). We have not tried the food yet, but drinks were great. Staff very kind & the inside is very nicely decorated, you don't feel like you are in Waterbury. Will be back to try some food!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding! Mia is easily one of the best dining experiences in Waterbury. The food is consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — you can tell every dish is made with care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dinner or a special occasion. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. From appetizers to dessert, everything is exceptional. Highly recommend Mia for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a true local gem in Waterbury!

My wife and I came here for a New Year’s Eve date night and we could not be more impressed with all of the staff, from the bartender to the waiter, and even the owner. Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, great service. We will definitely be returning there in the future.
